訴えをおこしたのは東京に住む４０代の自営業の男性です。
男性は、ハッキングを避けるため複数の鍵をかけるなど必要なセキュリティ対策を取っていなかったとして、８日、東京地方裁判所に提訴しました。
男性の弁護団によりますと、流出時の取り引き価格を１単位当たり１００円として損害を算出し、数万円の賠償を求めているということです。
弁護団によりますと、コインチェックのＮＥＭの損失をめぐる提訴が明らかになったのは初めてです。
